Dave Rule is the President of IIAR, an organization committed to the advancement of natural refrigerants in refrigeration and air conditioning systems throughout the world. As President, Dave leads a broad membership of industry professionals representing design engineers, end users, contractors, manufacturers, academics and scientists that share their collective knowledge and experience to produce consensus documents and materials to support the safe use of natural refrigerants in the refrigeration industry. These programs include an ANSI approved standards writing body, advocacy programs working with the regulatory community and the building and fire code agencies, and a comprehensive education program to ensure the safe and efficient use of natural refrigerants in all applications.

Prior to joining IIAR as president, Dave served as Vice President of Refrigeration Sales and Marketing in the U.S. for one of the leading companies in the design and manufacture of energy and water saving equipment for the refrigeration industry. Prior to this position, he served as the International Vice President responsible for manufacturing and sales operations.
