André Patenaude from Emerson talked about their extensive training program in the U.S. and Canada to familiarize technicians with natural refrigerants (especially CO₂ and its high pressure) and explain all the safety requirements. Emerson have organised more than 65 training courses in the U.S. alone and they plan for more in 2017/2018.

He was most recently responsible for Emerson’s global CO2development efforts.
