Mike Kallas, from Azane presented case studies with low charge ammonia packages suitable to HVAC applications. Based on the performance and the feedback from users, Kallas identified a large opportunity for ammonia to capture this market segment in the future.

Mike Kallas is a recent graduate from Montana Tech of the University of Montana where he studied mechanical engineering. Mike is new to the refrigeration industry and is pleased to be representing the Azane™ brand by promoting low charge ammonia refrigeration solutions. Mike believes he is breaking in to the refrigeration industry at an exciting time as the impact of regulatory changes sets in and resulting opportunities arise.
