Michael Sonnekalb

 

Michael Sonnekalb is an expert in bus air conditioning sytems working with CO₂. He started research with CO₂ at Konvekta in 1993 and finished his PhD in 2002. In 2007 Konvekta’s founder Carl H. Schmitt got the German Environmental Award for this development. He has been continuing his work since then and is recently focused on heat pump systems for urban electric buses.
