Florian Veyssilier

 

Florian Veyssilier graduated from the Ecole des Mines d'Ales engineering school in France. Since 2011, he has been a policy adviser in the general directorate for risk prevention of the French Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy. In particular, he is responsible for the implementation in France of the FGas regulation and the national regulation that applies to fluorinated greenhouse gases and ozone depleting substances. He is also one of the French delegates in the Montreal Protocol negociations, and especially involved in HFC amendment talks. Previously, he worked for 4 years in the IT industry as a software developer, including 3 years in Amadeus IT Group in Sophia-Antipolis.
