Bart Croes (“cruise”) is the Chief of the Research Division for the California Air Resources Board, with responsibilities for California’s ambient air quality standard reviews; health, exposure, atmospheric processes, and emissions research; indoor air quality program; and mitigation of high global warming potential gases. 
He holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and is a registered Professional Chemical Engineer in the State of California.
