Michael R. Ingvardsen from Nissens stressed the need to enforce appropriate compliance watchdog mechanisms to ensure the mobile air-conditioning (MAC) industry complies wit the regulations and laws in place - something Ingvardsen sees as a key driver for a wider uptake of natural refrigerants-based MAC equipment. He also stressed the crucial need to harmonise training throughout Europe, and called on original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to share relevant informations regarding their research and development work so technicians can be up to date quickly with the latest innovations available on the market.
