Isroil received an MBA in US, followed by 2 years experience in investment at the Bank of America.
Since 2010 he has been involved in development and project management at UNDP Uzbekistan.
Starting from 2016, he has been coordinating implementation of demonstration projects on application of alternative and energy efficient technologies using ozone-friendly and low GWP natural refrigerants.
