Yuji Nakajima of Kobeya Baking Company shared the energy efficiency results of a converted R22 refrigeration system, which was replaced with a Mayekawa NewTon F600 NH₃/CO₂ solution. In addition, he discussed the company’s four main energy reduction initiatives implemented at the 7,034m² frozen dough production facility, located in the Kanto area in Japan.

Mr. Yuji Nakajima joined Kobeya in 1981, and he has accumulated a lot of expertise in production, RND, and quality control. Since 1999, he has been responsible for management of frozen dough plants and improving total quality management.
