UNEP’s Programme Officer Ezra Clark presented UNEP DTIE OzonAction Branch, which provides direct practical assistance to countries to help them to phase out HCFCs. Clark also pointed out the opportunity to influence the technology choice and move towards natural refrigerant solutions and explained its role in the Refrigerants, Naturally! partnership.

Dr Ezra Clark is a Programme Officer in OzonAction, United Nations Environment Programme, Division of Technology, Industry and Economics, which works to assist developing countries & countries with economies in transition (CEITs) to achieve & sustain compliance with the Montreal Protocol. His main work focuses of work are the phase-out of HCFCs and compliance and enforcement issues.
