Guillermo Martínez López

 

Guillermo Martinez Lopez holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Alcalá de Henares. He has built his entire professional career in different positions at the Ministry of Environment of Spain. He currently works in the Spanish Climate Change Office developing measures for reducing emissions in the following sectors: transport and fluorinated gases. He is also the Spanish representative in the European Commission's F-Gas Committee.
