Torgrim Asphjell

 

Torgrim Asphjell has a Master of Science from the Technical University of Norway (NTH), Institute for Mechanical Engineering. Since 1992, he has worked in the Norwegian civil service on environmental issues, including in the Public Roads Administration, the Pollution Control Authority, the Ministry of Environment, the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation and the Climate and Pollution Agency. Mr. Asphjell currently serves as a Senior Advisor for the Norwegian Environment Agency, Department of Climate, and is the main responsible for F-gas matters covering both domestic and international levels.
