Ricardo Almeida

 

Ricardo Almeida studied materials engineering at New Lisbon University and holds a master's degree in Energy and Bioenergy by the same university. Currently, he works at the Portuguese Environmental Agency, in the Department of Climate Change, responsible for application of the f-gases legislation in Portugal. He is also the Portuguese representative in the European Commission's F-Gas Committee.
