Collin Bootsveld

 

Collin Bootsveld is a Project Engineer at Colruyt Group and responsible for the introduction of natural refrigerants for the cooling of the groups' supermarkets in Belgium. He has a background as a Process Engineer and has developed his career around energy conservation in the process industry, the built environment, green houses and now the retail sector. Refrigeration and air conditioning formed a large part of his work for a Dutch research organisation. Within Colruyt Group he has worked on the introduction of hydrogen for forklift trucks and on electrical and hybrid road transport. 


Julien Meert

 

Julien Meert studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Leuven in Belgium. After his graduation in 2014, he started working as a Project Engineer at Colruyt Group, a Belgian retailer. One of his major projects is the introduction of natural refrigerants for the cooling of the groups’ supermarkets in Belgium.
