Francesco Nalini graduated in Engineering Management at the University of Padova and earned an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan.

His first professional experience was at an online banking startup, part of Gruppo Generali, during the first online technology boom. He then worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and since 2002 has been at the CAREL Group, holding several different positions before becoming Managing Director in 2005.
