And as we are quickly moving towards the event, we would like to provide them now with all details regarding their actual presentation on site and other important practical issues.
ATMOsphere America 2012 will take place at the Liaison Capitol Hill Hotel, 415 New Jersey Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20001, United States. The Liaison Capitol Hill hotel is conveniently located central downtown, within walking distance to the Smithsonian, the National Mall and Union Station (8-minute walk). Hotel guests can easily access many of the city’s main highlights.

Exhibition space
Every sponsor will have an exhibition space to showcase brochures/products or provide other information to the around 200 natural refrigerants experts attending ATMOsphere America 2012.
For this, we will provide two different types of tables.
Our sponsors can either have a rectangular table with the following size:
- Length: 72”/6 ft (around 1,80m)
- Width: 42”/2 ft (around 0,60m)
Roll-up banners will have to be placed behind the table or on the table.
Or a round high table (cocktail table) with the following size:
- Diameter: around 2ft (0,60m)
- Hight: around 42”/3,5ft (1m)
This smaller table allows to position 1-2 fully visibly roll up banners next to the table.
The tables will be covered with white tablecloth. Sponsors are free to decorate the table as they like and bring brochures, giveaways, etc.
As we are not allowed to attach posters to the walls of the hotel, we would suggest bringing roll-up banners or other kind of self-standing banners in case you want additional decoration.
Display of products or screens
Our sponsors can also bring their own products or screen if they fit on our proposed exhibition tables. We can also remove the table and place the product/screen/etc instead.
We kindly ask our sponsors to let us know before what they intend to bring and if they will need any electricity or other additional support.
Where to send your exhibition materials
Sponsors can either bring their material with them or they can also send it before the event directly to the Capitol Hill Hotel.

Very important: Packages should not be scheduled to arrive before Thursday 7 June as the hotel has limited storage space.
It is also important to inform us about how many parcels they have to send in order for us to check with the hotel if everything has arrived.
Number of brochures and set-up of the booth
ATMOsphere America 2012 is a workshop about environmentally friendly technologies and we want to add our share to environmental protection as well by offsetting the carbon emissions caused by the event.
This also includes the shipping costs of sponsors material. So we would like to encourage to reduce the amount of paper to be distributed to participants and only bring material for max. 250 delegates.
