On Tuesday and Wednesday, all sessions, breaks and Dinner event will take place at the Crowne Plaza Le Palace Hotel, Rue Gineste 3, 1210 Brussels. 

 

 

 

To avoid the crowd at the registration desk on Tuesday morning (Registrations open at 8 am on Tuesday; Opening session starts at 9.15 am), pre-register and get your badge as well as your conference folder on Monday evening from 6 pm to 7 pm at the Crowne Plaza Le Palace Hotel.

 

We will prepare the informal pre-registration for you in the event area. Just follow the signage and several members of our team will be happy to assist you.

Belgium, the country where rain is ... expected. Come prepared!

 

Conference participants will be able to test how CO₂ and hydrocarbon Cooling equipment (filled with drinks and ice cream) work first hand, as several cabinets will be showcased by some of the companies attending this year's event (including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Red Bull and Unilever).

 

 

As a participant, use the unique opportunity to share your view on market & policy trends, and promote your products & solutions, by giving a short video interview. For each, you will have up to 60 seconds.

 

During the conference, you will also be given the opportunity to voice your opinion (anonymously) by participating in our live polling sessions.  

 

 

To maximise networking possibilities, participants will be invited to have an instant picture taken to exhibit on a notice board along with their business card, in order to put a face to every name and facilitate introductions.

 

So, don’t forget your business cards and please let us know, on arrival at the registration desk, if you would like to have your picture taken.
