Eric Delforge joined Mayekawa in 2004. Previously he worked for several screw compressor manufacturers managing European activities. At Mayekawa, he handles European sales in industrial refrigeration, gas processing, cryogenics, heat pumps and food processing. The main focus of his work consists of the integration of heating and cooling into smart energy and thermal storage solutions. He advocates natural refrigerant-based technology applications across all industrial markets. He represents Mayekawa in various market sector organizations, actively informing its members on Mayekawa product developments and innovative applications. He also acts as a consultant and business lead with Mayekawa's large global accounts.

Clémence Girard-Reydet



Events Manager, shecco

Clémence Girard-Reydet holds a Master's degree in Tourism Management & Engineering. With a strong specialisation in Marketing and Communications, she never lost sight of the issues related to sustainable development. After 5 years working in the tourism industry in France, Egypt and Cyprus, she worked at the European Parliament in Brussels to focus on environmental and energy issues. Clémence joined shecco in 2011 where she now acts as the Events Manager to help bringing Natural Refrigerants faster to market. shecco's ATMOsphere Conferences and ATMOsphere Network Meetings serve as platforms for all industry stakeholders to meet and network.

Guillaume Grolier



General Manager, AHT Cooling Systems France

Guillaume GROLIER has 13 years experience in the retail shop fitting business. He started his carrier as export manager for a food process equipment manufacturer. Then after having worked 5 years for Rasec Retail in France in the check-outs business, he has joined as general manager AHT Cooling Systems France founded last January. AHT Cooling Systems GmbH, based in Austria and focused on green solutions and is one of the worldwide leaders in manufacturing and selling R290 commercial plug-in freezers and coolers for supermarkets and ice cream business.

Darren Lacroix



International Sales Director , Advansor

Darren Lacroix is a Mechanical Engineer and is specialised in commercial refrigeration development since 2005. He has held operational and strategic management positions with several global corporations in commercial, marketing and technical services for HVAC and Refrigeration, more recently with a focus on CO2 exclusively. Darren is the International Sales Director for Advansor, the World leader in design and manufacture of transcritical CO2 booster systems.

Sidi Menad Si Ahmed



International Chief Advisor, shecco

Recently retired from his position as the Director of the Montreal Protocol Branch at UNIDO, Mr. Si Ahmed is shecco's International Chief Advisor.

Originally a meteorologist with a specialisation on numerical forecast, he graduated from the Institut Hydrometeorologique de Formation et de Recherche of Oran (Algeria) and the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (atmospheric pollution).

Before joining UNIDO as a Protocol Coordinator, and later as a Director of the Multilateral Environmental Agreements Branch, Mr. Si Ahmed was the Director on Environmental Studies at the Ministry of Environment in Algeria. He was also a lecturer on Environmental Impact Assesment at the University of Algiers.

Zhong Zhifeng



Vice Chief of Division III, FECO/MEP, China

ZHONG Zhifeng, graduated from Tsinghua University, holds a master degree of chemistry. In 2008, Zhong joined Foreign Economic Cooperation Office, Ministry of Environmental Protection, PRC. He then starts his career working in refrigerant sector. He is now generally responsible for the implementation of China Room Air Conditioner HPMP, Industry Commercial Refrigeration HPMP and Servicing HPMP.

Klara Zolcer Skacanova



Market Development Manager, shecco

With a background in public affairs and economics Klára joined shecco in 2011. She leads the company’s market development team focusing on market research, policy analysis, funding projects and specialised campaigns with the objective of accelerating the adoption of climate friendly technologies across different world regions. She has co-authored several extensive market and policy publications focusing on the current use and future potential of natural refrigerants. Prior to joining shecco she worked at the European Commission and a European association for small and medium-sized businesses.
