Erich Wagner, from Alfa Contracting outlines where ammonia screw compressors are used to obtain temperatures for freezing, cooling and processing purposes from -41°C up to -5°C, in the field of megawatt-sized industrial refrigeration plants. The presentation shows efficiency and performance results for single stage screw compressors gerenating temperatures of -30°C or higher, and two-stage or compound screw compressor generating temperatures of -41°C.

Erich Wagner is the Founder and Director of Alfa Contracting, based in Halle Germany with offices also in Moscow and Kiev. Erich’s background is in foreign trade and economics, marketing, contract law, industrial refrigeration, sports buildings and sites, and the food processing industry. He graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Moscow.
