Jim Flowers is currently the business manager for Linde’s refrigerant and packaged chemical business in Canada, which supplies refrigerant gases to the commercial and industrial refrigerant markets in North America.

Jim Flowers is also the current chair of the Manufacturers Division of the Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Institute (HRAI) and a board member of HRAI. Mr. Flowers has over 25 years experience in the refrigerant industry and as founder of Protocol Resource Management, he was responsible for the designing and building of several international ODS and Halon reclamation centers for UNEP and Environment Canada in India, Venezuela (2), Brazil and the Dominican Republic. Jim Flowers has also been granted several patents for retrofit blends in the USA, Canada and Australia.

Mr. Flowers is currently focusing on the advancement of Linde’s wide range of natural refrigerant options which includes HC’s, R717 and R744.
