Robert Sossi, Technical Manager at Mayekawa Germany, presented a field case of a freezing plant for bakery products using a NH3/CO2 refrigeration system. Since 2011, Robert Sossi has been the Technical Manager at MAYEKAWA GERMANY, where he is responsible for technical and sales support in the DACH area. Prior to that, he worked at KTI-Plersch Kältetechnik GmbH Unterbalzheim as the Project Manager for Chillers & Flake ice plants and the Leader in the Internal Sales Department. Robert holds a graduate engineering degree in Food Technology. The title of his thesis was “Performance test on a brewery brine cooling system / comparison to direct NH3 expansion.”
