He concluded that natural refrigerant technologies are the future proof options and R290 is the best alternative refrigerant for ice cream cabinets, bottle coolers and commercial freezers.

Guillaume GROLIER has 13 years experience in the retail shop fitting business. He started his carrier as export manager for a food process equipment manufacturer. Then after having worked 5 years for Rasec Retail in France in the check-outs business, he has joined as general manager AHT Cooling Systems France founded last January. AHT Cooling Systems GmbH, based in Austria and focused on green solutions and is one of the worldwide leaders in manufacturing and selling R290 commercial plug-in freezers and coolers for supermarkets and ice cream business.
