In one of two presentations, Rob Arthur offered a design consultant’s perspective on CTA Architect’s global business, where 400+ staff have completed projects including cascade (CO2/ammonia) and CO2 transcritical installations for chains like Albertsons, Wholefoods, Target, Walmart, and more. Arthur compared and contrasted the life cycle, cost and regulatory burden placed on natural refrigerants as compared to HFCs, outlining a strong business case for innovative green systems.
