Masahiro Takatsu presented DENSO’s line of mass-produced ejectors, first placed on the market in 2003. Takatsu showed the energy-saving effect of the ejector technology as it developed, covering its expansion to refrigerated trucks, CO₂ heat pump water heaters, vehicle air conditioners, and CO₂ refrigerant vending machines.

Mr. Takatsu graduated from Nagoya University’s Graduate School of Engineering. He began working at DENSO in 2004 and has since then been engaging the CO₂ refrigerant cycle for the non-automobile section.
