José Miguel Corberán

 

JJosé Miguel Corberán is a professor of Applied Thermodynamics at the Universitat Politecnica de Valencia, Spain. He is currently Director of the Institute for Energy Engineering. His R&D activity is mainly concentrated on Heat Transfer, Refrigeration Equipment, Heat Pumps, Geothermal Systems, and Energy Systems in general. Professor Corberán has 25 years of experience in leading RTD projects. He has led around 20 R&D projects for Institutions and companies, and has been involved in a number of international cooperative projects of the EU Framework Programme. He is Vice-president of the Commission B2 (Refrigerating Equipment) of the International Institute of Refrigeration and President of the IIR Working Party on Refrigerant Charge Reduction in Refrigeration Systems.
