With one week until ATMOsphere America 2014 kicks off, we would like to provide you with some practical details about the conference, including pre-registration, venue, transportation, weather conditions, Napa Valley Wine Tour and more.

Pre-registration & informal welcome reception

Pre-registration will open Tuesday, June 17th from 17:30 - 19:00. To avoid standing in line on Wednesday morning, please feel free to visit the pre-registration desk on Tuesday evening, which will be located on the 2nd floor of hotel (The Westin San Francisco Market Street), to already pick up your badge.

Join us for a meet-and-greet to kick off ATMOsphere America 2014! There will be an informal welcome reception sponsored by Mayekawa Mycom with drinks and Hors d'Oeuvres from 18:00 – 19:00 held on the outdoor terrace on the ground floor of The Westin San Francisco Market Street.

Networking reception Wednesday, June 18th

Please keep in mind that there will be an informal networking reception sponsored by Hillphoenix on the evening of the first conference day, Wednesday, June 18th starting at 20:00. We hope that you will join us!

Farewell drink Thursday, June 19th

Don't leave without saying goodbye! There will be a farewell drink sponsored by Systemes LMP on the evening of the last day of the conference, Thursday, June 19th at 18:00.

Lunches & coffee breaks

Lunches and coffee breaks including snacks will be provided throughout both conference days. If you have any allergies or special dietary needs that you have not already indicated in your registration, please let us know. Lunches on day 1 & 2 are sponsored by Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration and Carnot Refrigeration. Coffee breaks are sponsored by our Silver Sponsors.

Napa Valley Wine Tour

We will be offering an optional Napa Valley Wine Tour on Friday, June 20th, the day after ATMOsphere America 2014 for participants of the conference. The full day tour includes tours & tastings at three different wineries as well as a country picnic lunch.

The all-inclusive price per person for the full day tour is $150. Space is limited to 30-40 people on a first-come, first-serve basis, so if you plan to attend, please be sure to register today selecting the “Napa Valley Wine Tour” option. The deadline for registering for the tour is midnight on Sunday, June 15th.

For participants of the invitation-only Post-Event Workshop, there is also an option for a half-day tour & tasting at the Francis Ford Coppola Winery (all-inclusive price per person is $50). To register, please select the “Francis Ford Coppola Winery” option.

09:00 - Bus transportation from The Westin San Francisco Market Street Hotel
10:30 - Inglenook Vineyard tour & tasting
12:30 - Tour, tasting and Wine Country Picnic at V. Sattui Winery
15:30 - Francis Ford Coppola Winery tour & tasting
16:30 - Bus transportation back to The Westin San Francisco Market Street Hotel
18:00 - Arrive back at the hotel

*For participants of the Post-Event Workshop, the bus for the half day wine tour will depart from The Westin San Francisco Market Street Hotel at 14:00 and return to the hotel at 18:00

Register for the Napa Valley Wine Tour

Wireless Internet

There is free wireless internet access throughout the hotel. To connect in the lobby, please select the “Westin_Lobby” network. This does not require a password, you simply need to open any browser, you will then be redirected to the hotels general login page.

For wireless internet access in the conference rooms on the 2nd floor, please select the “Westin_Meeting” network. The password is “atmosphere” (all lower case).

For participants staying at The Westin San Francisco Market Street, you can access internet in your guest room by selecting the “Westin_GuestRooms” network and using the password you will be given at the reception upon check-in.

Parking

The hotel offers valet parking only. Please see rates below.
  • Valet overnight: $60.42 including tax
  • Oversize overnight: $77.52 including tax
  • Motorcycle: $29.64 including tax

Public parking is also available across the street from The Westin San Francisco Market Street at the Paramount Garage.

The summer time in San Francisco can be a bit tricky; it is often very windy and gets quite chilly in the evenings. Please be sure to bring some layers just in case. Remember, this is not Los Angeles; there maybe be sun but there is also plenty of wind!
