The Japanese group Sanden is a leading developer and manufacturer of high performance heating and refrigeration technologies, including complete systems for automotive air conditioning, vending machines, refrigerated showcases, and heating equipment. Sanden has joined as a Gold Sponsor of ATMOsphere Asia 2016, taking place in Tokyo, Japan.

Since founding in 1943, Sanden has worked on developing and manufacturing complete systems of automotive air conditioning, beverage dispensers, refrigerated showcases and heating equipment.
Since 2010, the company has begun providing the Eco Cute technologies (R744 heat pump for hot water production) first in Japan, then to Australian and European markets.

Latest CO2 products & projects
SandenVendo, part of the Sanden corporation, also leads the way for CO2 vending machines, having provided R744 cooling units at the 2004 Olympic games, and being one of the only manufactures of small enough CO2 compressors suitable for vending machines. Their newest innovation is the G-Snack / G-Drink, a modular system that overcomes the problem of single block units being too large to fit through standard doors. The two-part unit has a mechanical part that can be separated from the control unit, which reduces the main cabinet by 20cm.
