Alfa Laval continues to support ATMOsphere Asia as a Bronze Sponsor

Alfa Laval, a global company specialised in providing heat transfer, separation and fluid handling technologies, has announced that it will once again support ATMOsphere Asia as a Bronze Sponsor. The long awaited conference will be held in Tokyo, Japan on 9 & 10 February 2016.

Alfa Laval TK20 heat exchanger, crafted to maximise energy efficiency

Alfa Laval is continuously developing new heat exchanger solutions to support the transition towards natural refrigerants. One of its latest products is the TK20 semi-welded gasketed plate and frame-heat exchanger, which is able to work with CO2 and ammonia for low and high pressures. The Alfa Laval TK20 can be used in both commercial and industrial applications and has some advantages including high serviceability, compact & leak-proof design and flexible configuration.

It can operate in temperatures that range from -47°C to 150°C and its flexible modular design expertly copes with fatigue stresses and ice formation. In addition, its unique design also includes new features such as:

• RefTight ™ – unique gasket groove design with maximum support and minimum contact
• CurveFlow ™ – patented distribution zone for more energy efficiency
• ClipGrip ™– patented mounting method to ensure gasket is securely
attached

Alfa Laval’s product portfolio also features products using ammonia for the industrial refrigeration market including the AlfaNova 76 with U-Turn separator and Alfa Laval Arctigo IS industrial heavy-duty air coolers.
