Jim Armer

 

Jim Armer is a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Certified Energy Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University. Jim joined CTA, Inc. in 2005 and is the Assistant Director of Energy Services and a Refrigeration Group Manager in Boise, ID. Over the last several years he has designed and evaluated the performance of refrigeration systems for new and remodel supermarket projects. Jim’s current focus is on the development, advancement, and integration of refrigeration technology to capture energy efficiency and sustainable system design. He has developed expertise in designing systems with alternative and natural refrigerants and leads multiple industry-shaping research, development, and deployment driven projects.
