Kawasaki joins as bronze sponsor for ATMOsphere Asia 2014

Kawasaki Thermal Engineering has signed on as the latest bronze sponsor to the first-ever ATMOsphere Asia conference on natural refrigerant technology & innovation, to be held from September 3 to 5, 2014, in Tokyo, Japan.

ATMO Asia is pleased to announce Kawasaki Thermal Engineering Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Kawasaki Heavy Industries (KHI), as a bronze sponsor of the first ATMOsphere Asia 2014 conference. The event objective is to help bring Asian natural refrigerant technology faster to global markets and international suppliers to Asia.

Kawasaki Thermal Engineering Co. Ltd. specialises in absorption chillers and packaged boilers for the industrial HVAC industry, specifically supplying shopping malls, schools, hospitals, hotels and office buildings with chilled and hot water for air conditioning systems. Kawasaki absorption chillers use water as a refrigerant and have no global warming potential and their energy-efficient line of packaged boiler systems supply steam for industrial air conditioning.

Tokyo, Japan will the backdrop for the first ATMOsphere Asia Technology & Innovation conference to be held from September 3 to 5, 2014 in the Shin Marunouchi Building. Participants will range from both developed and developing Asian economies.

ATMOsphere Asia serves as a forum for exchanges between leading end-users, suppliers, academics and government representatives. The unique methodology of this event offers networking opportunities through: individual business meetings, receptions, targeted discussions featuring an interactive polling method, a visit to a supplier plant and the demonstration of an end-user facility.

During the event, the first results from the “Guide Japan 2014 for Natural Refrigerants” will be showcased and shortly after the conclusion of the conference, an ATMOsphere Asia summary report will be published and available to all participants.
