Mueller meeting market evolution towards high-pressure refrigerants

Transcritical CO₂ systems continue to permeate the market in the U.S., just as Mueller continues to innovate with its fitting solutions, all of which meet the highest safety and performance requirements. Mueller’s Streamline copper tubing perfectly fits these requirements and comes with third-party verification from Underwriters Laboratories (UL) – one of the only copper tubes UL recognized up to 48 bar. Its product portfolio includes the made in the U.S. Streamline XHP copper-iron tubing designed for transcritical CO₂ systems, which have good heat transfer and are easily brazed.

Years of testing in hoop strain, cyclic, fatigue, hydrostatic burst and thermal cycling procedures means that Mueller can confidently assure its customers of the highest level of security for its full compliment of tubes, fittings and valves.
