CO2 technology innovation at Parker test lab in Padua

Opened in January 2015 in Padua, Italy, the Parker test lab is one the most comprehensive and flexible lab environments available today to test CO2 refrigeration technologies.

The facility is truly world class and the centrepiece for the company’s development plans for natural refrigerant technology. It includes an extensive list of technologies and application ranges from booster systems, cascade systems, parallel compression, economisers, mechanical subcooling, gas/liquid overfeeding ejectors and a CO2 training and education base, allowing Parker to test system efficiencies and address the increasing demand for the technology in high ambient temperatures like Spain, southern France, Italy and eastern Europe.
