ATMOsphere Asia 2014 is fast aproaching and we would like to provide all participants with a few practical tips before the event in Tokyo.
Registration
Registration for the conference opens on Monday, 3 February at 9:00 a.m. At this time you will be able to pick up your name badge and participant folder. The first session will begin at 9:45.

Monday evening networking reception – Embassy of Belgium
On Monday, 3 February from 7:00p.m. we will be hosting a networking dinner reception at the Embassy of Belgium to Japan, located at Nibancho 5-4, Chiyoda-ku, 102-0084 Tokyo. All attendees of the conference are welcome to attend. Bus transportation will be arranged from the conference center to the Embassy.
We welcome dinner speeches by Christophe de Bassompierre, his Excellence the Deputy Ambassador to the Embassy of Belgium in Japan and Yasuhiro Shibata, President at Panasonic ES Commercial Equipment Systems.
Site-visits: Wednesday 5 February
As a participant of the conference, you are entitled to register for a site-visit for free. Space is limited, therefore it is important that you confirm your attendance by replying to this email stating your first name, last name, company, mobile number and indicate either “Panasonic tour” or “Mayekawa tour”.
Option 1: Panasonic tour - visit to a new flagship AEON mall in Makuhari and Max Value supermarket
Option 2: Mayekawa tour – visit to the Moriya factory, production base of industrial refrigeration equipment and Asahi Breweries

Pictures for Networking
To maximize networking opportunities, we will be inviting participants to have a Fujifilm picture taken which will be then placed on a board with your business card underneath. The purpose of this is to have an overview of all participants and to “put a face to a name” so that you can more easily find that individual during the event.
ATMOsphere Asia 2014 Summary Report
Shortly after the event, shecco will publish an ATMOsphere Asia 2014 Summary Report highlighting the latest market trends, regulatory updates and technology case studies discussed at the conference.
Presentations, pictures and articles
