We are very happy to welcome our newest Silver Sponsor, Thermo King, for the 6th edition of ATMOsphere Europe. Founded in 1938, the company works on developing environmentally friendly and high performance systems designed for the transport temperature control industry.

Thermo King, a brand of Ingersoll Rand, is a leader in manufacturing and innovating transport temperature control systems for a variety of mobile applications, including trailers, truck bodies, buses, shipboard containers and rail cars. With ten production facilities and a sales and service network of 865 distributors across the world, Thermo King is able to deliver its solutions for transporting sensitive materials such as medical and biological products to the global market.

Thermo King provides cutting edge technology while helping to minimise the environmental impact in the transport and delivery processes. An example of this is CryoTech, a transport refrigeration technology using cryogenics (liquid CO2 maintained at an extremely cold temperature in an open cycle within an evaporator) that better guarantees the preservation and freshness of perishable food products in the distribution chain. Moreover, the system enables a decrease in the logistic carbon footprint and cost per year by 27% and 13% respectively, as well as a significant noise reduction allowing in-city night logistics operations. CryoTech units are available for several models, including CT-10 Truck, CT-10 Truck, CT-10 Spectrum Truck, CT-15 Trailer, CT-15 Spectrum Trailer.
