The LU-VE Group, a leading supplier of refrigeration and air conditioning products, has announced that it will support the upcoming ATMOsphere Europe 2015 as a Silver Sponsor. The conference will take place on 16 & 17 March in Brussels, Belgium.

Through the combination of experience, tradition, forward thinking and innovation, the LU-VE Group has introduced a new way of conceiving and producing refrigeration and AC products, which has made the company a reference-point for the industry.

Headquartered in Varesse, Italy, the LU-VE Group specialises in the design, production and sale of heat exchangers and other components for equipment used in commercial and industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, industrial applications and close control air conditioning. Since its beginnings in 1928, the Group has continued to grow and now has 10 manufacturing facilities and 13 sales companies located in Australia, Austria, China/HK, France, Germany, India, Poland (Gliwice and Warsaw), Russia, Singapore, Spain, UAE and UK.

LU-VE’s commitment to develop a wide range of natural refrigerant products

LU-VE has developed a specific product line for CO2 evaporators and gas coolers, which in transcritical CO2 plants replaces the traditional condenser of HFCs installations. LU-VE’s products include:
  • Cubic commercial unit coolers
  • Dual discharge commercial unit coolers
  • Angled commercial unit coolers
  • Cubic industrial evaporators
  • Dual discharge industrial unit coolers
  • Single- and double-V coil gas coolers
Some of the main features of LU-VE’s product portfolio include its new compact FHC models of commercial unit coolers, the new Mega Giant XXLD dry coolers and the new range of XDHV and XDHL single-row air cooled condensers and dry coolers, which are more efficient, save more energy and are all compatible with the natural refrigerant CO2.

The company also offers solutions designed for ammonia such as the LSA-CSA industrial unit coolers. In addition, LU-VE is taking part along with other industry stakeholders in the Next Generation Heat Pump Technologies project as part of the 7th framework programme, which is founded by the European Union and coordinated by the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPVLV). This project aims to assess several issues related to the application of hydrocarbons and CO2 in heat pumps at a commercial level.
